Mr. Brigham is the owner of Terry Brigham, SRA & Co. and a lifelong Memphian.
He has over 20 years of residential Real Estate experience as well as being a licensed realtor since 1977. He holds the SRA (residential member) designation through The Apprasal Institute and is the 1998 past  president of the Memphis, Tennessee Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Mr. Brigham is a 1972 graduate of Memphis State University with a BA degree from the College of Arts and Sciences and has completed all American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers required courses leading to a SRA designantion in 1989 from the Appraisal Institute, the world’s leading professional organization of Real Estate Appraisers.

Mr. Brigham is a certified residential appraiser in Tennessee (CR-141) and Mississippi (RA-373). Over 20 years of residential Real Estate appraisal experience serving Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties in West Tennessee and Desoto County in North Mississippi with quality, reliable, and timely Real Estate appraisals
